MILO Banana Muffin

This post is half Malaysian+half Japanese style.

MILO is a chocolate malt powdered drink that is very famous in Malaysia.

Also following Ochikeron's recipe (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fRR4XO9awgs&feature=c4-overview-vl&list=PLCD35155BE01788A3), I baked these muffins using Temma Shiki CK41 in pink colour:

with pine nuts!

Second batch, I put in macadamia nuts and even though it looked weird, but it tasted quite good!

Baking with these Muffin Cups are easy, because it is greaseproof hence it does not have the oily patches on the baking cups. And it looks pretty in pink too!

Hello! This is the beginning..so Japanese Baked Cheese Cake!

Welcome to my blog!

Long time ago, I tried the Japanese Baked Cheese Cake recipe posted by Ochikeron (http://www.youtube.com/channel/UC5xAkS4828lDivq8cKFGSyw) ; I love her videos, it is always easy to bake and fun to watch!

I used Temma Shiki Mini Baked Tray (BT42) to bake these babies:

Unfortunately, I didn't snap a lot of picture for this batch.

After that, I roasted some honey almonds + macadamia nuts using this Mini Baked Tray too!

Own recipe: honey+nuts, then bake it 

Served this during a birthday party, and everyone likes it!
